Q. Can I return my product?
A. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help within our return policy. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

UPDATES FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY: DUE TO PAYPAL NEW REFUND POLICY, STARTING OCTOBER 11TH 2019, THE FEES THAT PAYPAL COLLECT FROM MERCHANTS WON’T BE REFUNDED IN CASE OF A RETURN. THEREFORE IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN A PURCHASE USING PAYPAL, WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE AMOUNT MINUS PAYPAL TRANSACTION FEES.

Terms of Return & Exchange

● Return requests for product returns will only be entertained within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product. Apart from that the customer has to return the product within 5 days of filing for return. The cost incurred in liue of return processes has to be borne by the customer. The tracking number in case of a returning order needs to be verified by the customer and shared with us (DRN Jewels).
● Once an order is confirmed, in case of cancellation, the cancellation request has to be filed within 24 hours after the order has been placed. In such a case a 100% refund will be gauranteed and initiated. However, if a cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours of order placement or once the processing (making) of the products begins, a charge of 10% will be reduced from the payment.
● There are certain conditions that need to be met in case of returning a product. The packaging and condition need to be exactly the same as delivered by the company.
● In case of Permanent Product sets the tag and code need to be present while returning, in absence of the same a penalty of 75$ will be charged from the customer. In case of missing parts or details of the product the penalty or deduction will depend on the valuation of the product.
● Any form of alteration to the product through third party is unacceptable under any circumstances owing to the copyrights terms mentioned in the beginning of the agreement.
● In case a customer is willing to explore buyback options, a reduction of 15% will be made of the rate in case of Diamond and the conditions in case of gold will be dependent on the market rate.
● The products as displayed on the website and in actuality may vary with regards to shade/colour range to the extent of 20%.
